Common fixes, key terms, and how to reach us.
Sign-up needs a Korean mobile number that can receive SMS. Wait 1–2 minutes, then tap “Resend”. If it still doesn’t arrive, double-check the number; if it’s already registered, log in instead.
Check your email and password. If you’ve forgotten it, use “Forgot password?” on the login screen to get a reset email.
Open the reset link on the same device and browser where you requested it. If it fails on another device, request it again from the original device.
In My page → Alert settings, make sure the channels you want (SMS, app push, etc.) are on and saved. App push also needs your device’s notification permission.
